We are located in Ottawa, Canada. For customers interested in local pickup, please use the Add a Note section to mention your preference for local pick up instead of shipping. We will then redeem your shipping fees.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer $9.99 CAD flat rate shipping to Canada. Free shipping on orders $70 CAD and above.

We offer $11 USD flat rate shipping to USA. Free shipping on orders $80 USD and above.

We offer international shipping. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, Item should be unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount after shipping it back to us, customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
